When you buy an ASHI piece online at ashinyc.com or through any of our Authorized Retailers website, your purchase will be automatically enrolled for 1 Year Limited ASHI Warranty Program upon Shipment. We offer exceptional care for every jewelry piece you buy. Explore a range of services we offer from complimentary cleaning, resizing and customization.

For Authenticity, every ASHI Jewelry piece also has our ASHI Trademark stamp on it.

Free Lifetime Warranty for Manufacturing Defects: We pride in the fine quality of our Jewelry, but in case of any manufacturing defects, we would be happy to make any necessary repairs or replacements we deem necessary at no cost to you. We offer 1 year Limited Warranty on manufacturing defects.

We first recommend visiting the authorized ASHI Retailer you purchased the jewelry from. If the retailer is unable to make any repairs, they will send it to our service center, and our in-house team will look at the product to make any necessary repairs or replacements.

(a) Purchase through an Authorized Retailer: Simply bring your item to the store you purchased the piece from, and they will send the item to our service center on your behalf if they are unable to make the repairs for you. We will make the required changes and send it back to the store.

(b) Purchase directly from ASHI: If you purchased your item directly from ASHI, please Contact our Customer Service Department at info@ashinyc.com

You will have to directly ship the item to our service center and our in-house team will make any necessary repairs or replacements.

If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than ASHI and our Authorized Retail Partners will void your Manufacturer Warranty.

* The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for repairs.

Some examples of defects that will not be covered under manufacturing defects warranty are:

  • Discoloration of your jewelry due to exposure to chemicals, swimming, make-up, hot tubs, bathing etc.
  • Bent, caught or worn out prongs due to normal wear or other damage. This may allow a stone to fall out or be lost.
  • Chipping or breaking of a stone due to normal wear or any other damage.
  • Lost stone due to normal wear or any other damage.
  • Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
