Shipping & Returns


Shipping & Handling Charges are the charge for order processing, packaging, transportation, and handling. Shipments and deliveries occur only on business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Delivery & Processing charges are subject to change and will be determined at time of final order processing during the checkout.

ASHI NYC is committed to timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

Ship to an alternate address: For security reasons, we need your billing address on file with your credit card company to exactly match your shipping address. If you would like to ship your item to an alternate address, please ask your credit card company to add that address in your file for faster processing. The processing of your order might get delayed if these two addresses are found different.

Buy online, Pick up in-Store: If you want to absolutely hide a surprise or just want peace of mind, you can ship any of our jewelry pieces to a preferred ASHI authorized retail partner near you, free of charge. They can also answer any questions you may have about your purchase.

Order Tracking: When shipping your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. Using the tracking number, you can track where your jewelry piece is and when it will get delivered to you.

You may log into your ASHI account, click on My Orders, and see all your pending and shipped orders. If you do not have an ASHI Account, please go to My Orders, plug in the order confirmation number we sent in your order confirmation email, and see the status of all pending and shipped orders. We will post updates regarding your order status, including when your item(s) ship, to the email address you provided when placing the order. For any questions regarding your orders placed on, please email us at, and we will get back to you ASAP. If you placed an order through an authorized ASHI retail partner, you might contact them directly for any updates related to that order so made.


We want you to be satisfied with the jewelry piece you buy. If you are not happy with your ASHI purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange your article within 30 days of delivery to your home or preferred retail store. After 30 days from receipt, all sales are considered to be final.

Please note that we can only accept an item for return or exchange if it's in original condition and original packaging without any signs of wear. We cannot process exchange or returns on items that have been customized, worn, used, altered, or damaged.

All custom orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any custom made orders.

Purchase through Authorized Retailer: If you select a preferred retailer while purchasing from, that retailer would be your point of contact for any services, exchanges, and returns. Please contact that retailer directly, and they will be happy to assist you.

Purchase directly from ASHI: If you purchased your item directly from ASHI, all returns would have to be sent back to our corporate office. The return will be accepted if the jewelry piece is in its original condition and original packaging without any signs of wear.

**Please note that we do not accept any returns/exchanges for any special orders or customized ring sizes.**

How to Return Your Purchase:

  • Contact our Customer Service Department at or Call us at (212) 319-8291 to request a return (RA#).
  • Packing instructions:
    Place the item(s) properly in the original box &
    Attach the return label on the outside of the box and seal the box securely.

Note: If you are not sure if you have purchased your jewelry directly through ASHI or via a retailer, please check your receipt, it will be mentioned under the merchant's name.
