Yes, we provide insured delivery of our products to military APO's via US Postal Service Registered Mail. However, depending on the restrictions so applied, the order may take up to 21 days to get delivered, so it’s best suggested considering this and placing an order in advance.

Yes, all items are available for in-store pick up if you have an authorized ASHI retail partner within 50 miles radius of your location. If the store does not have the item in stock that you ordered, ASHI will ship it to the store. Once the order has been received by the retailer, you can go pick it up. You can check the status of your order by putting in the order confirmation number here My Orders. You can also log into your ASHI account and click on My Orders to see the status of when you can pick up your jewelry.

Suppose there is no authorized ASHI Retail Partner within a 50-mile radius of your location. In that case, ASHI will directly ship the product to you, and there will be no store pick up facility available. Return and Exchange

If you purchased an item directly from ASHI, you would have to return it to our corporate office. Please read our Return Policy for the same. There is no exchange policy for items purchased directly from ASHI. If you like another jewelry piece on our website after you have already made a purchase, return your original item to us within 30 days of the purchase, and place a new order on our website for the new thing you would like to have.

Our Quality Control Team carefully inspects and evaluates the product for any damages at the time of return. If the piece is available in the store, our Retail Partner will let you know and you can visit them anytime you want to view it.
